7 Old Town takes its name from its address - 7 Aurobindo Marg, once known as Old Mehrauli Road. Its design takes its cues from somewhere further back: the Wild West era of 1865 to 1895, a world of saloons, storytelling, and myth.
The interiors are built in three layers. The space was first analysed and reorganised for efficiency and experience. Furniture and fixtures were then curated to absorb the theme - every piece chosen to feel native to the era. Finally, graphics, logo, posters, and menus were composed in the same register, completing the narrative from wall to table.
The terrace shifts the mood. Nestled among the few remaining greens of Hauz Khas, the outdoor space leans into its setting - abundant planting, a glass block partition dividing zones, and a glasshouse section with its own exclusive entry.
A pub that tells a story before you order your first drink.
