Set amidst two acres of serene forest in Jeolikot, Nainital, this 90 year old former farmhouse has been thoughtfully transformed into a luxurious heritage estate. The restoration preserves the property’s rustic character and timeless charm while introducing contemporary comforts and refined modern amenities.
The architectural intervention includes the addition of a transparent glass house at the forefront, creating an immersive connection with the surrounding landscape and enhancing panoramic views of the forest. The roof heights have been carefully increased to bring greater volume, light, and openness to the interiors, while the existing spaces have been thoughtfully rearranged to improve functionality, circulation, and the overall living experience.
