A staycation property perched in the valley of Nainital, designed around two constants: calm and the view.
The architecture carries a colonial heritage character - timber beams, arched openings, and dark wood detailing - grounded in the Kumaoni hillside it sits on. Rooms are warm and unhurried, layered with traditional rugs, brass accents, and generous windows that make the mountain the main feature of every space.
The outdoor pool sits at the heart of the property, oriented directly toward the valley - a still surface against a restless landscape.
A property where the design steps back, and the hills step forward.
